One of my key accomplishments includes leading the strategic training needs assessment for a major Salesforce transformation supporting AmerisourceBergen’s Good Neighbor Pharmacy program. I guided the creation of comprehensive quick reference guides, engaging eLearning modules, and scalable train-the-trainer programs designed to drive adoption, elevate performance, and ensure long-term success.

I’ve delivered strategic training leadership across healthcare, pharmacy, medical device, oil and gas, manufacturing, and logistics. This includes directing the training strategy for AmerisourceBergen’s Salesforce transformation and spearheading Optum’s EnterpriseNow ECM initiative. I have also driven the strategy for Medtronic, T. Marzetti, and Optum to modernize learning ecosystems.

  • Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ): Led the strategy and development of comprehensive training programs and Desktop-Level Procedures (DLPs) to support the launch of a new California D-SNP, with a strong emphasis on Medicare–Medicaid Coordination of Benefits (COB).

    • Drove the creation of QNXT system workflows, guidance, and process documentation designed to streamline and elevate claims processor performance.

    • Oversaw the development and publication of training materials within HPSJ’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring full alignment with organizational standards and training governance.

    • Designed and implemented structured learning paths that strategically built processor proficiency in D-SNP requirements, COB handling, and end-to-end claims processing, ensuring readiness and operational accuracy across teams.
