My extensive experience working with business training partners, aiding in improving and developing impactful presentations, video training production, scripting, VILT, train-the-trainer, and facilitator training makes me a very versatile training and instructional design partner. 

 

I have showcased my strategic thinking and strong leadership abilities by crafting training and implementation plans and creating e-learning and training materials to meet customer needs. These programs and materials include working in industries such as healthcare, pharmacy, medical device, oil and gas, transportation logistics, and medical devices, to name a few. My expertise played a pivotal role in identifying critical training needs for a groundbreaking Salesforce initiative designed to elevate AmerisourceBergen's Good Neighbor Pharmacy program. This initiative focuses on developing comprehensive quick reference guides, engaging eLearning modules, and effective train-the-trainer programs to ensure optimal impact and success.

 

Leveraging my expertise in technology, adult learning, and training consulting, I have delivered impactful guidance to esteemed clients such as Emerson Electric and Hazelden Betty Ford, partnering closely to modernize and enhance their training initiatives. As the consulting manager for the Learning Management System (LMS) at Cargill International for nine months, I played a key role in driving innovative training solutions.
